Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at steelguard.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
